What are the benefits of becoming shop volunteer?
People choose to volunteer in our shops for many different reasons with each person having a different reason for wanting to give back.
We have five shops in total based in Llanishen, Crwys Road, Barry, Talbot Green with a furniture shop in Rhiwbina. You can find the address for each shop here.
Some people volunteer 20 hours or more a week, while others two or three but no matter what each person is making a valuable contribution to Bobath Wales and we cannot thank them

The list goes on; however one of the most rewarding benefits is knowing that your volunteering is helping babies and children in Wales with cerebral palsy.

What can you expect from volunteering in our charity shops?
One thing is for certain, each day will be different from the next. From sorting through donations, steaming garments and pricing each item, right through to visual merchandising and making sure our window displays look attractive and stylish.
Your skills in customer service will certainly strengthen and you’ll pick up plenty of useful retail tips from other experienced volunteers.
