We’re a small team and we love welcoming new people to the Centre. We’re looking for enthusiastic and passionate people to join us, whether that’s working at the Therapy Centre or in one of our charity shops around South Wales.

Assistant Director

Assistant Director is a new role at Bobath Children’s Therapy Centre Wales. The role holder will work closely with the Centre Director and the Management Team to develop the Centre strategically and operationally. This role will take a lead in reviewing potential areas for development and funding and in building positive relationships and effective communication with staff, stakeholders, Welsh Government, community therapists, children and families. Other responsibilities will include strategic planning, budget setting and leading on areas of service development.

We are looking for applications from applicants who have knowledge of NHS and Welsh Government policies, and experience of strategic leadership, whole service management and transformational change management. You will be an experienced therapist who has experience of using the Bobath Concept with children who have cerebral palsy, and can apply this knowledge in a strategic setting.
