Throughout the year Bobath Children's Therapy Centre Wales organises a series of fundraising events and supports individual and groups who are fundraising on our behalf. Whatever your interest, we can help you find something that suits you or perhaps you can hold your very own event.

We would like to say a massive thank you to everyone who has taken part in a Bobath event or who has organised their own event to raise money for us. Without your help we could not continue to make a difference to children across Wales with cerebral palsy. Thank You!

Volunteering

Bobath Children's Therapy Centre Wales volunteers are special people of all ages who are extremely important to the charity. Without our volunteers' help Bobath Children's Therapy Centre Wales would find it difficult to fulfil many of the tasks, which help the Centre to run smoothly.

You do not need any special skills other than a good sense of humour and plenty of enthusiasm, as you will receive on the job training and support. However, please let us know of any experience or skills you may have, as often they can be put to good use. In return you will become part of an organisation that not only makes a difference to children in Wales who have cerebral palsy but also join a friendly and sociable team.

Everyone has a different reason for volunteering, whether you want to learn new skills and gain experience to enhance your CV and therefore your employability, or have time on your hands and want to make new friends; Bobath Children's Therapy Centre Wales needs your help.

Recycling - Recycle your Ink Cartridges, Mobile phones and laser Cartridge

Recycling your empty inkjets, printer cartridges and old mobiles couldn't be easier, it's totally FREE, it's environmentally friendly and a great way to raise extra funds. Recycle4Charity.co.uk will donate £1 for most inkjet cartridges received and we could also receive up to £5+ per mobile phone received. We also recycle Toner/Laser Print cartridges through a company called Recycling Appeal, for which we also receive money. We will accrue more money if we have the phone accessories e.g. chargers and batteries. We can also send corporate recycling boxes or envelopes and all you have to do is send in the freepost envelopes/boxes provided. It's a simple and easy way to donate to Bobath Children's Therapy Centre Wales

Inkjets that can be recycled include: Hewlett Packard, Canon, Lexmark, Brother, Xerox

Please note we cannot recycle Epson Ink Jet or damaged inkjets.

Need some help from us?

Fundraising for Bobath Children's Therapy Centre Wales can be lots of fun, but most importantly it will help to make a difference to children throughout Wales who have cerebral palsy.

Here are a few fundraising ideas that you may like to consider:

• - Dress down/Dress up/Fancy dress day
• - Spot the baby competition. Get photos of your friends/colleagues and devise a competition and charge £1 to take part.
• - Organise a coffee morning/wine tasting evening in your own home
