Volunteers Week 2017 Celebrations

Sometimes thank you is not enough – which is why this week we have been celebrating Volunteers Week 2017 in style.

Volunteers’ Week is an annual celebration that takes place at the start of June to thank volunteers across the UK for their hard work and dedication.

We began the week with afternoon tea for all our volunteers, providing a great opportunity to say thank you in person. We also sent personal certificates to each volunteer as an acknowledgment
for their hard work and dedication to us at Bobath Wales.

Our volunteers come from far and wide bringing with them a variety of skills, personalities, and the all-important dedication to making a difference.  We are fortunate to have support from volunteers at our shops and warehouse, community ambassadors, volunteers within our offices and at all of our events. They provide us with their time, which is one of the most valuable and thoughtful gifts of all and really helps us to continue providing specialist therapy to children in Wales with cerebral palsy.
