Mark Lewis Jones is a Welsh actor heavily trained on the theatrical stage. He has been a part of many theatrical shows including Royal Shakespeare Company, and at Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre. His extensive television work includes appearances on 55 Degrees North, Waking the Dead and the Hallmark production Jason and the Argonauts. His film appearances have been tied to several notable, high-budget productions including Master and Commander: The Far Side of the World, Game of Thrones and more recently Star Wars film, The Last Jedi.
Bobath Ambassador, Peter Karrie
Peter Karrie’s voice has been showcased in many of the greatest theatrical successes in contemporary musical theatre, the highlight of which must be his highly acclaimed portrayal of the Phantom in Andrew Lloyd Webber’s record-breaking sensation The Phantom of the Opera. Peter has been an invaluable and loyal supporter of Bobath and we were delighted when he agreed to become an ambassador in 2006.
Bobath Ambassador, Lynn Bowles
Lynn Bowles is the morning traffic reporter on BBC Radio 2 and was until recently reporting for Terry Wogan. Since Terry gave up his breakfast show Lynn now reports for the Chris Evans Show. Lynn was a panellist on a question of women 2005 and has compered the event since 2007 when she became an ambassador for Bobath Children’s Therapy Centre Wales.

Lucy Owen presents the BBC Wales evening News programme BBC Wales Today and has also joined her husband, Rhoddri Owen on the team of BAFTA award winning X-Ray. Lucy has compered a question of women and is the face of the Bake for Bobath appeal.

Margaret Williams has been one of Wales’ most popular singers for the past forty years, having recorded over 20 of her own T.V. series “Margaret Williams” for S4C,and BBC Wales. As an actress Margaret Williams has appeared in numerous plays ranging from the BBC’s “Life and Times of David Lloyd George” to the present day “Pobol y Cwm” on S4C.

Bonnie Tyler is a Welsh singer. She spent seven years performing in pubs and clubs around South Wales before being signed to RCA Records in 1975. Tyler is known for her distinctive husky voice. Both “It’s a Heartache” and “Total Eclipse of the Heart” are among the best-selling singles of all time, with sales in excess of six million.Her work has earned her two Grammy Award nominations and three Brit Award nominations, among other accolades.
Bobath Ambassador, Matthew Rhys
Matthew Rhys, is a Welsh actor best known as Kevin Walker in the ABC family drama Brothers & Sisters, and as Dylan Thomas in The Edge of Love. He stars as Philip Jennings in the FX drama series The Americans. Matthew was born and brought up in Cardiff, he then went on to attend the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London. His mother Helen is a friend and volunteer at Bobath Wales.
